Journal of Health Care Law and Policy
The Journal of Health Care Law & Policy or JHCLP functions as a forum that caters to interdisciplinary discussion that concerns leading issues in the field of health law, medicine and health policies. Contributors of JHCLP include legal scholars, health law practitioners, physicians, leaders in health policy and leading industry experts in the field of public health, sociology, philosophy and other disciplines falling under the umbrella of health care.
Symposium based pieces and unsolicited manuscripts are published by JHCLP including student pieces composed by Journal staff members. Interested parties and organizations involving health care law are invited to contribute to the Journal.
